Liquidation Guidelines
line

When Your Trade
Gets Closed

Here are the six main rules for liquidation.
They show when your trade can be squared off and how the process works.

  1. Liquidation/Square off/Auto Cut point starts from 70% MTM loss in intraday and account can liquidate anywhere above 70%.
  2. 100% Holding margin is mandatory to carry forward /hold any position overnight otherwise position will liquidate.
  3. At the time of liquidation, the position in which the loss is highest among all the open positions, that will be liquidated/squared off first.
  4. All Market Orders/Trades/SL/Limits Orders and Liquidations/Auto Cut/Square off will be executed on available BID-ASK or BUY-SELL prices. Charts High and Lows will never be considered for trade execution.
  5. If, for any reason, there is mistake/wrong calculation in Liquidation/ Holding Margin Short Liquidation /Auto Square off/Auto Cut or if any transaction is not according to calculation or opinion, you should contact Customer Support within 15 Minutes, afterwards no query will be entertained.
